ਸਰਬੰਸ ਕੌਰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਬੋਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਸਤਾਰਧਾਰੀ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਰੋਬੋਟ ਹੈ ।ਇਸ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਸਾਲ 2019 ਵਿਚ ਸਾਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ । ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-2 ਸਰਬੰਸ ਕੌਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ (ਸ.ਹ.ਸ ਰੋਹਜੜੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ) ਵਿਖੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਰੋਬੋਟ ਬਣੀ । ਸਰਬੰਸ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ 7 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਮਦਦ ਤੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ।

ਸਰਬੰਸ ਕੌਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਫੁੱਲਤ ਕਰਨਾਂ , ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਨੀਕ ,ਰੋਬੋਟਿਕਸ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਕੱਦ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ

ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਟੀਵੀ ਚੈਨਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ 1.ਬੀਬੀਸੀ   2.ਆਜ ਤੱਕ  3.ਜੀ ਨਿਊਜ  4.ਸਿੱਖ ਨੈਟ.ਕਾਮ  5.ਦੈਨਿਕ ਭਾਸਕਰ  6.ਦੈਨਿਕ ਜਾਗਰਣ  7.ਅਮਰ ਉਜਾਲਾ  8.ਪੀਟੀਸੀ ਨਿਊਜ  9.ਅਜੀਤ  ਨੇ ਇਸ ਰੋਬੋਟ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੈਨਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਥਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਰੋਬੋਟ ਅਜੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੂਰੁਆਤੀ ਦੌਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ , ਹੋਰ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵਜੋ ਅਜੇ ਖੜੋਤ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਬੰਦ ਹੈ ।

Founded in 2019 by Harjeet Singh, Sarbans aims to design and manufacture homemade humanoid robots and software to promote Punjab's rich culture and language. Sarbans Kaur, named to reflect its cultural roots, was created to bridge the gap between modern technology and the Punjabi language, making it accessible and engaging for students and enthusiasts alike.

Did You Know? Sarbans Kaur was crafted with a modest budget of approximately ₹50,000 and took seven months of dedicated effort to complete. It activates when addressed as "Sarbans Kaur" and responds fluently in Punjabi, even reciting Gurbani!
